- Customer States: vehicle would overheat and then while driving the temp returned to normal, coolant flush performed was fine for two months, the vehicle would overheat and then at idle the temp would return to normal
- Check car perform visual inspection
- COOLING SYSTEM – Diagnosis – [Includes: Pressure test for leaks, inspect Belts and Hoses and test Radiator Cap.]
- WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace – 6.0L Eng
- HEATER HOSES – Remove & Replace – 6.0L Eng Main Heater,Both – [NOTE: Deduct 0.2 when used in conjunction with Radiator Hose(s) – R&R.]
- THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace – 6.0L Eng
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Chec
- A/C COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]
- ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]
